Es la definici\u00f3n visual, clara y no negociable de c\u00f3mo debe lucir tu marca en el punto de venta ideal. Incluye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share of Shelf (Participaci\u00f3n en anaquel).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orden de las variantes (Planograma).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precios visibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material POP implementado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema es que muchas marcas dejan la ejecuci\u00f3n a la &#8220;interpretaci\u00f3n&#8221; del promotor o del jefe de piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Ponlo donde se vea bien&#8221;<\/em> no es una instrucci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Sigue este planograma al 100%&#8221;<\/em> es una instrucci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin una PicOS estandarizada, no tienes una marca, tienes mil versiones diferentes de tu marca dispersas en el mercado. Y eso diluye tu posicionamiento y confunde al Shopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Reflexi\u00f3n del d\u00eda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La excelencia no es un acto, es un est\u00e1ndar. Si no puedes definir visualmente c\u00f3mo se ve el &#8220;\u00e9xito&#8221; de tu ejecuci\u00f3n, jam\u00e1s podr\u00e1s exigirlo a tu equipo de campo.
