Genera facturaci\u00f3n inmediata, s\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sell-Out:<\/strong> Es cuando el producto realmente sale de la tienda en manos del consumidor. Esto genera rotaci\u00f3n y recompra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El peligro mortal es el &#8220;Llenado de Canal&#8221; (Channel Stuffing). Si Ventas empuja demasiado producto para llegar a la cuota del mes, pero Trade Marketing no ha generado la demanda suficiente para sacarlo, el pr\u00f3ximo mes tendr\u00e1s un cliente furioso con sobrestock y cero intenci\u00f3n de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trade Marketing es el puente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventas mete el producto (Disponibilidad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trade saca el producto (Rotaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si estos dos departamentos no se hablan, la empresa colapsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Reflexi\u00f3n del d\u00eda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Sell-In paga los sueldos de hoy. El Sell-Out paga los sueldos de ma\u00f1ana. No te obsesiones con la orden de compra del retailer, obsesi\u00f3nate con el ticket de compra del Shopper.
