Es la trampa cl\u00e1sica del Retailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conseguir espacios adicionales (islas, cabeceras, <em>check-outs<\/em>) es vital para la visibilidad, pero si siempre pagas esos espacios con margen directo, est\u00e1s desangrando la rentabilidad del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trade Marketing y Ventas deben alinear una estrategia de negociaci\u00f3n basada en <strong>Intercambio de Valor<\/strong>, no solo en dinero:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tr\u00e1fico:<\/strong> &#8220;Mi marca atrae gente al pasillo. Ponerme en cabecera te ayuda a vender los productos adyacentes&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ticket Promedio:<\/strong> &#8220;Hagamos un cross-merchandising. Si pones mi pasta junto a tus salsas, vendes dos categor\u00edas en vez de una&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusividad temporal:<\/strong> &#8220;Te doy el lanzamiento de este sabor 2 semanas antes que a la competencia a cambio del espacio&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El espacio en tienda es &#8220;Bienes Ra\u00edces&#8221;. El Retailer es el arrendador. T\u00fa eres el inquilino. Si tu producto paga la renta con su propia alta rotaci\u00f3n, no deber\u00edas tener que pagar un &#8220;sobreprecio&#8221; excesivo para estar ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Reflexi\u00f3n del d\u00eda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se negocia lo que se merece, se negocia lo que se argumenta.
